In front of the house, there are two free parking spaces per apartment.

The center of Kaltenbach with shops, ski shops, ski rentals, and storage facilities is just a 5-minute walk away.

In summer, the quiet location on the mountain invites you to beautiful hiking tours in the nearby hiking area Hochzillertal. Swimming pools such as the Badewelt Stumm and the swimming lake at Camping Aufenfeld in Aschau are only 8 minutes by car away.

In winter, the ski areas Hochzillertal are 5 minutes by car, Spieljoch 10 minutes, and Hochfügen 30 minutes from our house. An ideal starting point for ski tourers.

The toboggan runs at Goglhof in Fügen and at Hainzenberg are both only 15 minutes by car away.
