A deposit of 20% of the package price is required upon reservation. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. We kindly ask you to pay the hotel bill during your stay or to transfer it in advance to our bank account. Within the EU, you can make transfers without incurring fees. Of course, the deposit paid will be deducted from the hotel bill. We gladly accept your debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). We ask for your understanding that we are a non-smoking establishment and pets are not allowed. Check-in: 16:00 – 20:00: The booked rooms, apartments, suites & chalet are available to you on the day of arrival from 16:00. Check-out: until 10:00 on the day of departure and use of the courtesy area. Courtesy area – You can use our luggage storage & shower on the day of arrival before check-in or on the day of departure after check-out free of charge, and there is an additional bathroom with shower, towels, and shower gel. This way, you can perfectly utilize the arrival and departure days for skiing, golfing, or biking! The cancellation conditions are: up to 31 days before arrival we charge € 100 of the booked stay (the remaining deposit will be refunded). from 30 to 15 days before arrival, 70% of the package price applies from 4 to 14 days before arrival, 90% of the package price applies from 0 to 3 days before arrival, 100% of the package price applies The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are re-rented in whole or in part.
